Program Details

Students live independently and attend mentoring 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. The training is tailored to the students that are here and what moves them forward. The training includes personal exploration through classroom, deep nature connection and urban settings.
Staff Training and Certification
Randy Russell works with one to four students in a highly personalized training. Randy has been assisting young people into empowered adulthood for over 40 years. He has designed and directed four different self-discovery, transition into adulthood programs. His masters level training is in Education, Recreation and Leisure, Organic Psychology, Eco-Psychology and Indigenous Wisdom. Randy has also facilitated parent trainings, vision quests and rites of passage training for over 25 years.
