Mission Statement:
Verto Education offers an affordable, travel-based first semester or year of college. We help college-bound students find a more rewarding & experiential path to the same destination. We were established for students to gain valuable travel and cross-cultural experience while receiving college credit.

Verto partners with over 50 colleges, and when students apply to Verto, they can simultaneously apply to any of our partner colleges and receive a free, non-binding admissions decision within a couple of weeks. Each semester is worth 16 full credits and covers Freshmen general education credits. Our classroom sizes are 25 students or less and we are designed to be as innovative and student-focused as possible.
Verto is an opportunity to travel the world, while completing your university degree in four years. It’s a “gap year” without the gap. Across the globe it’s common for students to take a year between high school and college to travel the world, meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and coming back with a new sense of independence, ready to tackle their university courses.

Staff Training and Certification
Field Instructors: Masters degree in related field, experience teaching college-level courses, experience living/working abroad.
Program Leaders: Minimum Bachelors degree, First Aid & CPR certified, experience working with students in age group/running international programs, experience living/working abroad.
