Mission Statement:
The mission of Franklin University Switzerland is to provide a cross-cultural and multinational learning and living environment that inspires students to engage the world. Gap Year students may qualify for leadership scholarships up to $5,000. Student's applications will be reviewed for eligibility and students will be recommended by their Franklin University Switzerland admissions counselor for awards.
Program Learning Outcomes
Franklin’s Gap Year program offers three experiential tracks:
1. Academic and related Travel Track with transferable credits in a variety of disciplines
2. Global Community Service Track with preparatory core classes
3. Language-Intensive Track focused on gaining proficiency in French, Italian or German
