In addition to gaining important and relevant workplace skills, we base our curriculum on four overarching outcomes: communication, resilience, independence and self-confidence. We measure growth in these four areas throughout the program based on self-evaluations well as those of staff and employers. We additionally expect participants to gain a more robust sense of self and ability to understand where one's strengths and passions are, as well as areas of needed support. We have an over 90% success rate for young people being able to return to educational or workplace pursuits after participating in our program. We additionally have a 95% satisfaction rate for our interns and their families at the excellent or very good level and a 100% from our employer partners.
